Abstract: The materials that are produced in the mining industry generate waste that, because they do not have economic value, are stored according to specific legislation, however, they still present a potential risk of causing environmental impacts to the&#xD;
environment. This work aimed to use the kaolin mining tailings in the State of Pará, for the manufacture of a soil-cement brick in partial replacement of sand in the percentages 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%. The Sandy soil was chemically and mineralogically characterized and the kaolin tailings sample was subjected to&#xD;
chemical, mineralogical, morphological and physical characterizations for the determination of the trait for the manufacture of thebrick, according to the norm ABNT NBR 8491:2012. The results of characterization of the Sandy soil indicated SiO2 content above 97% and the mineralogical phase of the mineral quartz. Chemical analysis of the kaolin mining tailings identified the presence of SiO2 (82.96%) and Al2O3 (15.11%); being the mineralogical phase of predominant quartz, followed by&#xD;
kaolinite; the morphological analysis showed grains with pseudohexagonal shapes and in stacked layers and others with rounded shapes and angular, characteristic of kaolinite and quartz respectively; in the physical analysis, it obtained a plasticity&#xD;
index lower than 7.74% and a liquid limit below 45%, characteristic of sandy soils; the granulometric analysis carried out on the kaolin waste classified it as predominantly fine sand with a portion of silt/clay, the same test carried out on the sandy soil classified it as predominantly consisting of medium sand, with a portion of coarse&#xD;
sand. In the compressive strength test, only the soil-cementbricks of the mixes that contained 20%, 30% and 40% of kaolin mining tailings were in accordance with what the standard requires; in the water absorption test, only the mix containing 0% kaolin waste was rejected in the average of the values obtained and the mixes containing 20% and 30% showed the best results; the mix containing 30% kaolin waste was the most suitable for the manufacture of soil-cement bricks, as it presented the best&#xD;
results and used more waste than the 20% mix.

Abstract: This dissertation was constructed through the technical professional master's program of the Federal Institute of Pará (PROFEPT/ IFPA), aims to unveil the reports about the teaching trajectory of Master Helena do Socorro Campos da Rocha and&#xD;
her innovative use of Afrofuturism in education within the process of teacher training at the Federal Institute of Pará campus Belém (IFPA). Methodologically, the study was based on reports on the construction of educational Afrofuturism in IFPA, through its experiences in the classroom, involving central themes such as&#xD;
Afrofuturism in Education, the creation of NEAB/IFPA, Pretagogy, Eshu's Pedagogy and Cartodiversity. The analysis of this trajectory was based on reports collected in a structured interview provided by the professor, in addition to her publications and indications for the creation of the theoretical basis used here, which made it possible to better know the remarkable facts of her trajectory, since her arrival at IFPA as a Technician in Educational Affairs, his participation in the construction of the Center for Afro-Brazilian Studies (NEAB/IFPA) and the development of creative and innovative methodologies in the classroom allied to educational Afrofuturism, helping to understand the importance of an education focused on ethnic-racial teaching in the institution, through new educational technologies, created in partnership with its students within the institution itself. For the analysis of these reports, Discursive Textual Analysis (DTA) was used, in order to capture new perspectives and meanings for the discursive construction in question. As a result, it was perceived through these reports that his teaching trajectory serves as an inspiration to new researchers engaged in the anti-racist struggle, considering playfulness as an active way to teach the true stories of African peoples, including their struggles, resistances and achievements inside and outside the African continent, serving as support for&#xD;
reflections on the future possibility of applying new ludic techniques to the other campuses of the institution, and in the same way, to all institutions that also recognize racism as a structural problem in our country.

Abstract: Accidents are common to happen in the school environment with the need for teacher training in first aid, because they are the first to be in contact with students in emergency situations. The deficiency of appropriate technical-scientific knowledge can lead to inappropriate procedures in the care of schoolchildren victims of accidents, causing sequelae and may evolve into deaths. The study aimed to investigate to what extent IFPA education workers have knowledge and mastery in first aid. In order to discuss what would be the challenges and needs they have regarding first aid within the school environment. The sample of these 135 education workers, with representation of all 18 campuses and the rectory, and the three categories: teachers, administrative technicians and outsourced. Where it can be seen that the deficiency of a large part of education workers in working in situations of need of knowledge and mastery in first aid is real, as well as the lack of knowledge of Law No. 13,722 of 2018 that deals with the obligation of basic education establishments to train their teachers and employees in the basics of first aid. From this data, an educational product was developed, in the form of an EAD course in the format of MOOC (Open and Massive Online Course), with the proposal to contribute to the training in first aid for these education workers. The educational product was validated pairs/specialists, belonging to the IFPA framework. With this research, it was intended to cooperate in the training of education workers regarding situations that need knowledge in first aid and in the protection of life in the educational environment.

Abstract: The study's research objective was the subject "Life Project", taught in high school integrated with professional education at the Deodoro de Mendonça State Technical School (EETEPA). The research sought to evaluate the effectiveness of this curricular component, using as a basis the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDB) and the UN's 2030 Agenda. The BNCC is a document that defines the essential learning that students must acquire during their educational trajectory. In the context of integrated high school education, the subject "Life Project" plays a fundamental role in promoting interdisciplinarity and connecting theory to practice, preparing students for both the job market and life in society. However, the effective implementation of this subject faces challenges, such as the need for specific training for teachers, lack of adequate time for collective planning and the absence of clear institutional strategies. The central question of the research was how to support teachers' planning, in light of the guidelines of the BNCC and the "World of Work" training itinerary, to improve the application of the "Life Project" in professional education. The main objective was: to investigate the professional training of teachers at ETEPA Deodoro de Mendonça, in line with the guidelines of the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), focusing on the subject "Life Project", while the specific objectives include highlighting the contributions of the BNCC and preparing an Ebook to assist teachers in the application of the subject. The research follows a qualitative approach. The results indicated that the subject has great potential to promote the development of socio-emotional skills, such as resilience, empathy and communication, in addition to favoring students' self-knowledge and autonomy. However, the effective implementation of this subject still depends on factors such as continuous teacher training, adequate time for collective planning and the establishment of clearer and more structured institutional strategies. The lack of a cohesive action plan and specific pedagogical support hinders interdisciplinary practice and the connection between theory and practice, which are essential for the training of competent professionals and critical citizens. It is expected that the results of the research and the educational product, the Ebook “Planning for Tomorrow: The Life Project in Integrated Professional Education at EETEPA Deodoro de Mendonça” will offer practical tools for teachers and contribute to a more integrated and emancipatory training, aligned with national and international guidelines.
